Methodology

Luto’s unique methodology recognises both the formative and iterative nature of User Testing. 

The methodology also includes a unique ‘Audience Design Step’ (ADS), which involves ‘Expert Patients’, communications professionals, graphic design expertise and a clinical pharmacist in the readability enhancement of the Package Leaflet text and the development of Key Points and questionnaire.

The appropriate selection of participants is critical to obtaining robust results from interviews. Luto has a database of over 10,000 participants and has built links with community and support groups which allow the efficient recruitment of specialist patient cohorts, where required.

Luto has completed over 500 User Tests.

Its comprehensive reports have been submitted to Competent Authorities throughout the EU.
