Our Usability Testing Service
The uses for Medical Devices (and drug/devices) are diverse, as are the target users; be that patient, carer, nurse, pharmacist or consultant.
Our usability testing service for instructions for use (IFU) therefore has to be designed specifically for each IFU we test. Whilst there are common areas of methodology, we listen and discuss with clients the best way of achieving their goals and design the test accordingly.
We can provide a full service to clients, including originating the IFU and full graphic design by specialists in Information Design.
All testing is conducted under our ISO 9001 Quality System and is fully audited. Testing is video recorded and is available to clients.
