You can help us to improve the clarity of information that is supplied to patients. Taking part in a User test involves reading a patient information leaflet (PIL) and answering a few simple questions about the leaflet during an informal interview. Interviews typically take around 35 minutes. We pay £20 in cash to each individual who takes part to cover expenses. The interview is not a test of your memory, as you will have the leaflet to refer to throughout the interview. It is a test of how well the manufacturer has written and presented the information on the leaflet. We conduct interviews Monday - Friday from our base in Leeds, on Clarendon Road, near the University or from other centres in West Yorkshire. We can also visit your company premises, community group or charity organisation if you have a group of people who would like to participate.
