Wayne Middleton
Chief Executive
Wayne was appointed as Chief Executive in April 2015. He holds a Masters Degree in Health Communication Design and has worked in the field of consumer health information for over a decade. Wayne is an energised and inspirational leader. Over recent years Wayne’s flair for revolutionary thinking and innovation has been instrumental in the company’s growth, particularly developing our US business and also our portfolio of products for the Medical Device Industry.
His career began at Marks and Spencer where he held a variety of roles in UK stores and the London Head Office for 10 years. Before joining Luto in 2011, he successfully managed large scale projects for the UK Department of Health and NHS. Wayne’s external activities include being a Director of Healthwatch Wigan and Non Executive Director of the Patient Information Forum. Wayne is a judge for the British Medical Association’s Patient Information Awards and a member of the British Medical Journal’s Best Health reader panel.
