Carolyn McKelvie

Carolyn is a qualified Registered General Nurse and Midwife, and has worked in the field of healthcare all her working career. Carolyn is a qualified Prince2 Practitioner in Project Management and also has an ABPI qualification which she gained whilst working within the pharmaceutical industry. Carolyn has worked as a Nurse Manager within pharmaceuticals and managed a regional and national team of nurses who had non-commercial roles working for pharmaceutical companies. This involved managing the team of nurses, providing training and education, setting up clinics and compiling formularies. 


From this, she moved into a sales role within various pharmaceutical companies across the North of England. Showing an aptitude for promoting and gaining new clients with her exceptional interpersonal skills. This then developed into a passion for improving quality and efficiencies within the healthcare industry, and she joined a company performing health checks and analysing quality and efficiency within the secondary care environment. 


Carolyn has also been a CQC registered manager of a nurse agency before moving to Luto as a Project Manager in 2020.
