Project Manager
At Luto, we're committed to challenging and changing health communications on a global scale through engaging with patients, experts, and our clients to produce clear communications. Our mission is to write and design great health communications, and then test them with real people to make sure the information meets their needs. Healthcare information, whether on screen or paper, is critical to the success of health services in Europe, the US and beyond.
Key responsibilities
You will be managing a variety of projects from start to finish and conducting research with members of the public yourself – designing studies, monitoring budgets, creating and reviewing materials, interviewing participants, and analysing and reporting on the findings.

You will employ a mixture of research methodologies, including eye-tracking.

Skills
Essential

An interest in the field of health communication

Experience of managing multiple communications projects at the same time

Experience conducting user research interviews

An inquisitive and questioning nature, with an interest in research

Good written communication skills

Strong organisational skills

Report writing experience

Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Office

A postgraduate research degree

Experience in a health-related, regulatory affairs, clinical trials, medical information, or consumer market research-type setting
